Abstract

This test aims to find out the growth rate, intasan and uniformity rate of windu shrimp seeds from the brood who are treated with different feed formulations. Measurement of test parameters is carried out on stadia post larvae and spawning. The test results showed that the seeds of windu shrimp of the parent offspring fed sea worms and squid had better growth performance in stadia post-larvae as well as in the spawning i.e. absolute growth of 0.0035±0.0001g and specific growth of 29.17±0.38% in stadia post larvae and in the spawning resulted in absolute growth of 0.5433±0.0157g and specific growth of 49.96±0.67%. The growth rate of windu shrimp seeds from the parent offspring fed sea worms, squid and oysters in stadia post larvae resulted in an absolute weight of 0.0029±0.0002g and specific growth of 27.23±0.70% in the spawning resulting in an absolute weight growth of 0.3260±0.0026g and a specific growth of 46.82±0.61%. Seeds from the parent offspring fed sea worms and squid also produced higher synths in stadia post larvae at 61.15±0.78% and by 77.00±0.61% in spawning, and resulted in better seed uniformity rates of 99.32% in stadia post larvae and 98.16% in spawning.
